An extraordinary one of a kind Italian table from circa 1940 from designer Pier Luigi Colli, Manifattura Colli Torino. The two legs present on the faces an elegant composition of different veneers and on their sides an elaborated hand-carved giltwood profile with ears of corn and flowers. The giltwood has a faux bronze finish matching the hand-forged & hammered cross bracket. The top is a beautiful vein-cut Honey Onyx piece with wonderful shaped edges, atop a large slab of travertine for strength.
