A lovely antique Tuscan refectory table, clarified to original raw walnut to reveal beautiful grain character, then refinished lightly to highlight the book-matched veneer top and 17th Century style solid walnut lyre bases and stretcher. Unusual oval shape for its era. Late 1890’s to early 1900’s, when veneer table top shapes were being developed.
